Returns


We will accept returns up to 14 days after purchase in store and upon delivery for online purchases.

 

Item needs to be unused, unwashed and with any original tags/seals still on for us to accept the return.

 

To issue a return for the online shop contact info@tracollective.com and we will send you a free return label.

All in store purchases needs to be returned in store.

 

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks and earrings.

We do not accept refunds for workshops. If you have purchased a ticket and can’t for whatever reason attend, please contact us as soon as possible (min 72h before set date) and we may accept a transfer of your credit to another workshop date (Depending on availability).
